FIRST in order to reserve ad space. All materials are due at least
one week prior to the advertising start date and must adhere to
PhillyHipHop.com's specifications. Please read the following carefully:
Email images in for approval at least one week prior
to advertising start date. Send web ready gif or jpeg file as an
"attachment" to advertise@phillyhiphop.com
If you need images/banners created for you, we do
have an art department and can provide this service for you for
a small fee -- please contact us for a quote at advertise@phillyhiphop.com
Email us the URL you want your banner ad to be linked
to (click through) at least one week prior to the advertising start
date. We strongly suggested that you create a unique URL (a separate
entry page i.e. yoursite.com/hiphophookup-entry.html) specifically
for advertising at PhillyHipHop.com in order to easily track the
traffic that is generated from people clicking on your ad at PhillyHipHop.com
The duration you would like the advertisement to
run (a maximum 3 months per section accepted at a time).
