From the corners and basements of the L-Nation to spitting verses in between heavyweights Jadakis and Snoop Dogg. This is the unlikely journey realized by talented Philly Gully emcee Cassidy.

The young buck shows no signs of being star struck as he asserts himself and holds his own quite nicely on Big Business II from the Swizz Beatz compilation Ghetto Stories. His gruff vocals sound right at home in the realm of Swizziness and succeed in spite of the rather pedestrian "he we go again with another Swizz beat" foray into unoriginality. Cassidy shows the same controlled gusto on Big Business II that he recently opened up during his recent battle with Freeway. While the track also features P. Diddy, Baby from Cash Money Records and others, it turns out to be Cassidy and the afformentioned Jadakiss and Snoop who seize the moment. Make it clear that this isn't just an anomoly, an errant blip on the radar, Cassidy has arrived in the big leagues and ain't going nowhere for a very long time. Make more space at the top of the already crowded 215 stage.
