Get Ya Ass Up by Big Doze is one of those songs that could go either way. Some heads are going to be feeling it and some aren't going to get it any shine.

This single off his album The Fall Back is one of those tracks that the underground culturists won't have any time for. This one is more built for the bling blingers to get ya ass up to in the clubs. Unfortunately this song isn't infectious or catchy enough to cause too much of a stir. With thousands of other artists all vying for the same thing I don't think Get Ya Ass Up does anything to step up and out from the pack. The lyrics and vocal delivery are competent but like the track, do nothing to differentiate themselves from the rest of the glutted market.

I'm am anxious to hear the entire album The Fall Back to witness the full arsenal that Big Doze has to offer. At this point I'm right on the fence thinking that he could go either way. Time will tell...
